“ Been to better Shop Rites. My biggest complaint is the produce. Not as fresh as they could be. I bought an onion two days ago to use tonight. When I took it out of the bag it was slimy and smelly. A good produce manager would have his staff check the produce a couple of times a day for freshness, clearing out any 'pass do' items. They do have a very good bakery. I buy cakes from them every holiday and when they are served I'm always told that "Wegmans makes good cakes". I then tell them, to their surprise, that I bought it at Shop Rite and whole bunch cheaper. ”
